From invisible to the default recommendation
How TronIndo went from unnamed in AI answers to the first supplier ChatGPT recommends in its category.
Placeholder case study — replace the copy, metrics, and media with verified details before launch.
When buyers asked AI assistants for industrial suppliers in the region, TronIndo simply wasn’t named. Competitors with thinner catalogs were recommended first, and the decision was made before TronIndo ever entered the conversation.
The challenge
The product range was strong, but the way it was published online gave the models almost nothing to work with — thin pages, no structured data, and inconsistent facts across the web.
What we did
- Audited 140+ buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Rebuilt product and category pages around the questions buyers actually ask.
- Published clean, structured data so the models could parse and trust the catalog.
- Earned consistent, accurate mentions across the sources the models lean on.
The results
In eight weeks, TronIndo moved from a visibility score of 8/100 to 84/100 — and became the first name returned for its core category. Qualified traffic arriving from AI answers rose 312%.
